Shipping and Delivery
At Kuggi, we strive to ship all orders within one business day of receiving cleared payment. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your items are delivered safely and promptly. For larger orders, we utilize express courier services to get your packages to you as quickly as possible.
All shipments include a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage costs. We recommend grouping your items into a single order to minimize shipping charges, as separate orders cannot be combined.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Orders within Australia typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international delivery times may vary. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Kuggi cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Order Cancellation and Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them. To start a return, please email us at info@kuggi.com.au with your order number, contact details, product information, and reason for the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Kuggi is not liable for lost or damaged returns. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed once we receive your returned items. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 30 days via email at info@kuggi.com.au. We will provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
Product Availability and Pricing
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payments made.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices on Kuggi are accurate. However, if we discover an error, we will inform you immediately. You can choose to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
